Can a blind person from birth,have an imagination?

Think people are taking your Q the wrong way. brThey must have an imagination. brBut i understand what you mean, without seeing objects ever, will their imagination and dreams cant be like ours in the way we visualize it be in different ways. brIts like that film with Val Kilmer as a blind man who gets given sight, although he can see hes still mentally blind as for example he knows what a car sounds like and what it does but he had never seen one and was still blind to the danger of them.
